Deposit:  Renter/Member agrees to provide a deposit to GELATO in the amount of $2,500.00 to be held in a Deposit account for the Renter/Member as established by GELATO prior to picking up the Vehicle.  Should Renter/Member fail to provide the Deposit, GELATO may refuse to deliver the Vehicle to the Renter/Member.  The Deposit will held to cover charges associated with paying damage to the Vehicle for scratches, wheel rash, spills, paint damage, windshield cracks, undercarriage damage, or other damages both to the inside and outside of the Vehicle and not depicted or identified on the Preliminary Rental Inspection Report as prepared by Renter/Member.
